Improving the global interaction among real estate professionals helps us explain better market dynamics and at the 34^th ARES annual meeting we are making efforts to host for the first-time sessions in Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese, beyond English. As program chair I have requested the help of three prominent ARES/AsRES, ERES and LARES members to promote these sessions as well as the conference through their networks:

• Prof. Peng Liu from Cornell University, USA will be helping with his outreach among Chinese scholars and practitioners  –  see letter in Chinese (including conference themes)
